The class is intended for students with a minimum one year experience in Iyengar Yoga.
Please prepare: a mat, yoga chair, bolster, two blocks, 3-4 blankets and a belt.

A second generation to a family of yogis, he started learning yoga in his youth directly under B.K.S. Iyengar, in 1974, and accompanied him on many tours across the world.
He has taught memorable workshops in Israel in 2011, 2016 and 2018.
